Emotional energy is how you feel about what is going on in your life; relationships, general situation, yourself, and work. This type of energy is linked directly to the primitive part of the brain that human beings had long before we developed the thinking, rational part of the brain.
Being able to manage emotional energy helps you to regulate your feelings. This will enable you to function at a better emotional state. That is, you’ll feel better about the things you can’t influence or change. As a result, they won’t become crippling or keep you locked into an unhealthy pattern of behavior.
